* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Robert Grimm
Robert H. Grimm, 71, Celina, died at 1:25 p.m. June 6, 2010, at his home.
He was born Oct. 26, 1938, in Mercer County, to R. Lloyd and M. Bernice Behm Grimm. His mother, now Bernice Dexter, survives in Celina. On June 29, 1991, he married Christine E. Dutra, who survives.
Also surviving are two daughters, Lisa Renee (Doug) Boehme, Waterbury, Minn., and Susan Rae (Jonathon) Haas, California, Md.; one son, Allan C. Grimm, Celina; one brother, Stanley Grimm, Celina; a mother-in-law, Doris Dutra, Celina; and three grandchildren.
Deceased is a sister-in-law, Laura P. Grimm.
He was a 1957 graduate of Celina High School and attended the University of Maryland. He was in the U.S. Navy, where he achieved the rank of senior chief aviation mechanic. He worked nine years as a civil servant for the Naval Air Test Center in Patuxent River, Md., and worked at Lockheed Corporation Missile and Space Craft Division in San Jose, Calif. He also worked as a partner in operating Behm's Landing in St. Marys. He was a member of the Free and Accepted Masons 32nd Degree and the Ancient Order of Scottish Rite. He was a member of the Shrine Club. He was trustee of both Lake Improvement Association and Lake Development Corporation. He also served as an ambassador for the Celina Area Chamber of Commerce.
Private funeral services will be held.
A memorial service will be 10 a.m. July 2, 2010, at his home. Full military honors will be conducted following services by members of the U.S. Navy Honor Guard.
