* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Raymond Archer
Raymond Lee Archer Jr., 52, Montezuma, died at 12:44 a.m. June 4, 2010, at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater.
He was born May 2, 1958, in Lima to Raymond Lee and Pearl Steele Archer Sr., who are both deceased. He married Sharon Ewry, who survives in Montezuma.
Other survivors are a son, Richard Thomas (Daniele Goes) Archer, Dayton; two daughters, Deanna (Jason Flowers) Archer, Celina, and Jennifer (David Morris) Archer, Montezuma; three brothers, Charles (Pamela) Archer, Celina, Patrick Archer, Lima, and Masslin "Mack" (Tiffany) Archer, Lima; a mother-in-law, Dorothy Ewry, Celina; and a grandson.
Deceased is a father-in-law, Charles Ewry.
He was formerly employed at White New Idea, Coldwater. He owned and operated Archer & Associates Construction Company and also worked for Westside Carryout and Zuma Thru. He was a member of the South Shore Sportsman's Club, Celina.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Monday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Kevin Neumann officiating. Burial is at Fairmount Cemetery, Uniopolis.
Calling is 2-6 p.m. Sunday and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
