* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Elsie Plummer
Elsie Mae Hatfield Plummer, 102, Delaware, died May 31, 2010, at Delaware Court Nursing, where she had lived for more than five years.
She was born Sept. 25, 1907, in Celina, to Joseph J. and Rosa Etta Ridenour Hatfield. On March 23, 1928, she married J. Harold Plummer, who died in 1955.
Surviving is a daughter, Evalyn (Eugene) Anderson, Delaware; a son-in-law, Norman Cupps, Chillicothe; six grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren; two stepgreat-granddaughters; and one great-great-grandchild.
Deceased are two children, Jimmy Plummer and Carol Jean Cupps.
She was owner and operator of Plummer's Trading Post in Powell for 32 years until she retired. She was a member of Powell United Methodist Church, where she taught Sunday school and Vacation Bible School, was church treasurer for 20 years, was a member of United Methodist Women and was lay delegate to Methodist Annual Conference in Lakeside. She was also a member of Liberty Rebekah Lodge 247 before joining the lodge in Delaware. She received the Decoration of Chivalry in 1975. She was an active member of the Celina Chapter 91 and OES in Celina.
Services are 10 a.m. Friday at the church. Burial is at Swamp College Cemetery in Celina.
Calling is 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Rutherford Funeral Home in Powell.
