* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Carolyn Felver
Carolyn J. Felver, 78, 9785 state Route 49, Rockford, died May 15, 2010, at Van Crest Nursing Home in Van Wert.
She was born Sept. 18, 1931, in Van Wert to Lloyd and Ethel Miller Agler. On Dec. 1, 1951, she married Alan Felver, who survives.
Also surviving are a son, Bruce (Glenna) Felver, Celina; three daughters, Diane Felver and Deb Felver, both of Celina, and Brenda (Dave) Krugh, Willshire; three brothers, Jim (Mary) Agler and Ronnie (Vera) Agler, all of Van Wert, and Marvin (Belle) Agler, Ohio City; four sisters, Joyce (Raymond) Eller and Shirley (Ervin) Crider, all of Lima, Loma Miller, Montana, and Kathy Funk, Colorado; nine grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a brother, Ned Agler; a sister, Jeanette McAfee; a sister-in-law, Diana Agler; and two brothers-in-law, Kirby McAfee and Howard Miller.
She was a homemaker and a member of Chatt United Methodist Church. She graduated from Ohio City High School.
Funeral services are 11 a.m. Friday at Cisco Funeral Home in Celina,the Rev. Mike Waldron officiating. Burial is at Kessler Cemetery near Chattanooga.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
