* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Paul Wilcox
Paul Andrew Wilcox, 28, Coldwater, died at 5:47 a.m. May 16, 2010, at St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima.
He was born Oct. 11, 1981, in Dayton, to Anthony Wilcox, who survives in Hillsboro, and Margaret Martin Wilcox, who survives in Celina. On July 18, 2009, he married Jamie McFall, who survives in Coldwater.
Also surviving are two daughters, Jaylyn Wilcox, Lima, and Lydia Wilcox, Coldwater; four brothers, Benjamin, Jacob and Anthony Jr. (Shannon) Wilcox, all of Hillsboro, and Kenneth Wilcox, Celina; and a sister, Edith Eads, Corning.
He worked for Mark Siebert Construction Company in Montezuma, and Basic Grain in Coldwater.
Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina, the Rev. Roni Haggman officiating. Burial will follow in Swamp College Cemetery in Celina.
Calling is 5-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
