Marion Local's Garret Homan, left, Minster's Eric Piening, middle, and New Bremen's Michael Travis compete for the lead in the boy's 3,200-meter relay during the Midwest Athletic Conference Track Meet on Tuesday at Fort Recovery. Travis and the Cardinals won the relay and Minster finished in second. After the first day of competition at the MAC meet, the Minster boys have a 25-point lead on New Bremen while the Versailles girls hold a slim two-point lead over Fort Recovery. Competition resumes on Friday.
