* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

K. Rosalie Farmer
K. Rosalie Farmer, 92, Rockford, died at 4:35 a.m. May 3, 2010, at Colonial Nursing Center in Rockford.
She was born June 6, 1917, in Blackcreek Township, Rockford, to John M. and Grace Stober Williams. On Nov. 20, 1940, she married Ed Farmer, who died May 31, 2000.
Surviving are two sons, John (Judy) Farmer and Roderick (Yvonne) Farmer, all of Rockford; three grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Deceased are four sisters, Virginia Walker, Jessie Berger, Lois Eckhart and Gretchen Webb.
She was a school teacher for 30 years, teaching at Frysinger and Rockford schools. She was a member of the Olive Branch Church of God and the Women's Christian Service Club. She also was a member of the Mercer County Retired Teachers Association and the Ohio Retired Teachers Association.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Friday at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home in Rockford, the Rev. Steve Waterman officiating. Burial is at Riverside Cemetery in Rockford.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Thursday and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
