* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Wilma Hall
Wilma Jean Hall, 72, 630 Brandon Ave., Celina, died at 1:30 a.m. April 29, 2010, at her home.
She was born on June 3, 1937, in Freeburn, Ky., to Fed Eldridge and Juanita Gooslin Snider. Her mother survives in Celina. On Dec. 24, 1955, she married Lou Gene Hall, who died Dec. 5, 1991.
Also surviving are three sons, Lou Gene (Marlene) Hall, Gerald (Robyn) Hall, and Craig (Tina) Hall, all of Celina; four daughters, Eugenia (Jim) Rogers, Troy, and Brenda (Dean) Pearson, Kim Hall and Tonya (Ethan) Swayne, all of Celina; 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are an infant son, Warren Allen Hall, and a grandson.
She worked as a private home health care provider in the Celina area. She graduated from Phelps High School in Phelps, Ky.
Services are 1 p.m. Monday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina, the Rev. Tony Richmond officiating. Burial will follow at Mercer Memory Gardens in Celina.
Calling is 11a.m.-1 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
