* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Gene Leininger
Gene Leininger, 90, of Rockford, died at 10:15 p.m. April 23, 2010, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
He was born Dec. 29, 1919, in Mercer County, to Samuel Jacob and Lela Myers Leininger. On Dec. 24, 1943, he married Ruth LaVaun Clay, who died Oct. 2, 2006.
Surviving are a daughter, LaVonna McNerney, Celina; and sister, Genevieve Siebert, Rockford.
He was a farmer and retired from the Central Insurance Company, Van Wert. He also had worked at Pontius Hardware, Rockford, and was a member of Rockford United Methodist Church and the Mercer County Farm Bureau Council.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home, Rockford, the Revs. Ray Daniels and Chip Steffy officiating. Burial is at Riverside Cemetery, Rockford.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. today and after 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
