* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Tara Lynne Scare
Tara Lynne Scare, 35, of Pleasant Mills, Ind., died at 9:20 p.m. April 3, 2010, at her home following an extended illness.
She was born Oct. 23, 1974, in Decatur, Ind., to Philip W. and Teresa S. Wolfe Scare, who survive in Pleasant Mills, Ind.
Also surviving are a sister, Trisha Scare, San Francisco, Calif., and a grandmother, Dorothy Wolfe, Pleasant Mills, Ind.
Deceased are grandparents, Karl and Ella Scare and Calvin Wolfe.
She was a 1993 graduate of Parkway High School. She was a graphic designer and worked as an independent artist for ad agencies and did commercial work. She was attending the Academy of Arts in San Francisco, Calif., where she was working on a master's degree in fashion design. She had a bachelor's degree from Bowling Green State University and was a member of Delta Gamma Sorority.
Service is 1 p.m. Saturday at Bridge Community Church in Decatur, the Rev. Mo Hodge officiating.
Calling is 1-4 p.m. and 5-8 p.m. Friday at Zwick and Jahn Funeral Home in Decatur and noon-1 p.m. Saturday at the church.
