* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Mary Kuether
Mary J. Kuether, 89, of state Route 66, Houston, died March 31, 2010, at Heritage Manor Nursing Home in Minster.
She was born May 6, 1920, in Sidney, to Anthony and Elizabeth Sommer Eilerman. On Feb. 20, 1939, she married Lawrence A. Kuether, who died Aug. 3, 1994.
Surviving is a daughter, Lois Poeppelman, Yorkshire; a son-in-law, Larry Hoying, Fort Loramie; five siblings, Albert Eilerman, Sidney, Bertha Wenning, Osgood, John (Marie) Eilerman, Fort Loramie, Vernon (Vera) Eilerman, Minster, and Anthony (Evelyn) Eilerman, Fort Loramie; a granddaughter and two great-grandsons.
Deceased is a daughter, Phyllis Hoying; a son, Jerry Kuether; a son-in-law, Myrle Poeppelman; five siblings, Louetta Pleiman, Adolph Eilerman, Verona Schemmel, Teckla Bergman and Paul Eilerman; and a grandson.
She was a homemaker and dairy farmer. She was a member of Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Newport and its Ladies Sodality. She also was a member of the Houston Community Association and the former Houston Grange.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Steven Shoup officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 3-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9-10 a.m. Wednesday at Gehret Funeral Home in Fort Loramie.
