* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Roger Will
Roger George Will, 71, of Goettemoeller Road, Celina, died at 11:10 a.m. March 25, 2010, at Mercer Health in Coldwater.
He was born Sept. 1, 1938, in St. Sebastian, to George and Hilda Bruns Will. On Nov. 14, 1959, he married Irene Homan, who survives.
Also surviving are six children, Nancy (Roger) Koesters, Dave (Lynn) Will, all of Celina, Linda (Jim) Stout, St. Henry, Jane (Dave) Bertke, Maria Stein, Carmen (Mike) Borger, Columbus, Ind., and Lisa (Dan) Homan, New Bremen; a sister, Roselyn (Ralph) Bruns, St. Henry; a brother-in-law, Erich Eggers, Eaton; 20 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a brother and his wife, Charles and Roberta Will; a sister, Barbara Knapke-Eggers; and a brother-in-law, Donald Knapke.
He worked as a dairy farmer and was a member of St. Sebastian Church and its Holy Name Society. He also was a member of the Celina Moose Lodge 1473 and a former member of the Marion Local School Board and the National Farmers Organization.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. Gene Schnipke officiating. Burial will be at St. Sebastian Cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Sunday and 9-10 a.m. Monday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Coldwater.
