* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Clifford Fetters
Clifford E. Fetters, 84, St. Marys, died at 7:45 p.m. March 16, 2010, at Valley Nursing Home, St. Marys.
He was born Feb. 22, 1926, in Celina, to Wilbur Fetters and Mary Muter Fetters Schoenleben. On Dec. 14, 1943, he married Dorothy Frischkorn, who died Aug. 28, 2000.
Surviving are his daughter, Mary Ann (Stephen) Kettler, St. Marys; a brother, Bud Schoenleben, Celina; two sisters, Ruth Ruvoldt, St. Marys, and Helen Thompson, Celina; three grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and 10 great-great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a sister, Vera Halderman, and a great-granddaughter.
He was retired from St. Marys Trucking Company, where he worked for 30 years. He also worked at Crown Equipment, New Bremen, and was owner of Cliff's Mower Service, St. Marys. He also served as fourth ward city councilman, St. Marys. He served in the Army during World War II in the Asiatic-Pacific Theater.
Services are 2 p.m. Monday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. Mary Kay Brown officiating. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is noon-2 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
