* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday morning and evening commutes.

Celina's Darin Waterman scored a game-high 20 points in leading the Green and White to a 54-53 win over Elida on Saturday night at Ohio Northern University in the Division II district championship game. It's Celina's first district title in 36 years.
