* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Adele Marchal
Adele J. Marchal, 94, Versailles, died at 5:25 p.m. March 10, 2010, at Versailles Health Care Center.
She was born May 29, 1915, in Russia, to Peter and Augusta Monnin Thirion. Her husband, Paul N. Marchal, is deceased.
Surviving are four sons, Don (Janice) Marchal and Russell Marchal, all of Versailles, Victor (Deborah) Marchal, Lake Worth, Fla., and Frank (Colleen) Marchal, Greenville; a daughter, Marilyn (Kenneth) Wilker, Celina; a half brother, Edwin Paulus, Oklahoma; a step sister, Theola Raterman, Dayton; 11 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are both parents and a step father, William Paulus; two step brothers, Charles and Bob Paulus; a step sister, Lucille Coffield; and a grandson.
She was a homemaker and helped her husband farm. She was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church in Frenchtown and the Versailles Senior Citizens.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. David Vincent officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery after services.
Calling is 2-5 p.m. Sunday and 9-10 a.m. Monday at Bailey Zechar Funeral Home in Versailles.
