* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

JoAnne Dresher
JoAnne Elizabeth Dresher, 72, 1601 Bishop Court, Celina, died at 10:05 a.m. March 10, 2010, at her home.
She was born May 28, 1937, in St. Henry, to Joseph and Alvina Fischer Thieman, deceased. On Aug. 1, 1959, she married John R. Dresher, who died Dec. 10, 2002.
Surviving are six sons, Bill (Ann) Dresher, Coldwater, John Jr. (Gina) Dresher, , Tom (Leslie) Dresher, Terry Dresher, and Charlie Dresher, all of Celina, and Dan (Siv) Dresher, Springboro; two daughters, Cindy Williams and Jackie Dresher, Celina; three brothers, Clete (Sally) Thieman, Minster, Ted (Marilyn) Thieman, Dayton, and Dan (Linda) Thieman, St. Henry; two sisters, Rogene (Paul) Evers, St. Marys, and Barb (Bud) Hoying, Cassella; a sister-in-law, Martha Thieman, St. Henry, 23 grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a son, Michael John Dresher, and a brother, Earl Thieman.
She worked at Celina Insurance Group, the former Ponderosa in Celina, was a CCD Office Aide at Immaculate Concption, and was a homemaker.
She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Celina, and its Altar Rosary Society, Celina Eagles Lodge and the Garden Club of Celina. She attended St. Henry High School.
Funeral Mass is 9:30 a.m. Saturday at the church. Burial will be at St. Marys Catholic Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Friday and 8:30-9:15 a.m. Saturday at W.H. Dick & Sons -Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina.
Memorials can be left at Community Health Professionals Hospice or the church.
