* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Benjamin Settlage
Benjamin R. Settlage, 88, 309 S. Kuhlman St., New Knoxville, died at 10:04 a.m. Feb. 25, 2010, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
He was born Feb. 7, 1922, in New Knoxville, to Theodore F. and Selma A. Wiethoff Settlage. On June 20, 1954, he married Mary Alice Figgins who survives.
Also surviving are two daughters, Monica Navarre and Mindy Settlage, both of New Knoxville; a son, Kevin (Pam) Settlage, Potomic, Md.; a brother, Roger (Ruby) Settlage, New Knoxville; and three grandchildren.
Deceased are four brothers, Emil, Richard, Frederick and Andrew Settlage, and a sister, Martha Geise.
He formerly worked at Jauert/Hoelscher Farm Equipment in New Knoxville and the former STAMCO plant in New Bremen and retired in 1986 from Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, St. Marys. He was a member of New Knoxville United Methodist Church and New Knoxville American Legion Post 444.
Memorial services are 11 a.m. Tuesday at the church, the Rev. Dennis Gaertner officiating. Burial will follow later at Lima Memorial Park.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Monday at the church.
Contributions can be made to the church memorial fund or the Epiphany Ministries of Ohio.
