Hugh Thomas
Hugh Thomas, 77, of St. Anthony Road, Fort Recovery, died Tuesday at Mercer Health in Coldwater. Death was due to an apparent heart attack.
Funeral arrangements are pending at Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Coldwater.
