* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Wilfred May
Wilfred S. "Bud" May, 82, 1493 Denise Road, Fort Recovery, died at 6:45 p.m. Feb. 19, 2010, at his home.
He was born Jan. 10, 1928, in St. Henry, to Leo and Catherine Braun May. On Nov. 24, 1949, he married Rosie Fortkamp, who survives.
Other survivors are three sons, Mike (Sue) May, Ron (Pat) May and Bob May, all of Fort Recovery; a daughter, Phyllis (Jim) Thobe, Maria Stein; two sisters, Rita Pottkotter, Fort Recovery, and Ruth (Henry Jr.) Kunkler, Burkettsville; five brothers, Ralph May, Howard (Donna) May, Walter (Irene) May and Jerry (Lou Ann) May, all of St. Henry, and Vic (Charlene) May, New Weston; 12 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a grandchild; a brother, Tom May; and two sisters, Jeanette Homan and Delores May.
He retired from the former New Idea plant in Coldwater, after 46 years. He also was employed at Eldora Speedway, Rossburg, and the Crystal Ballroom and Eldora Ballroom for 25 years. He was a member of the Ohio Progressive Sportsman Club, American Legion and Knights of Columbus, all of Fort Recovery and Fraternal Order of Eagles, Coldwater. He also was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church, Sharpsburg, and its Holy Name Society.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Charles Mullen officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9-9:45 a.m. Wednesday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery. A prayer service led by the Knights of Columbus will be held at 7:45 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
