* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Elizabeth Fiely
Elizabeth A. Fiely, 89, 208 Wagoner St., Fort Recovery, died at 12:40 p.m. Feb. 15, 2010, at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater.
She was born Nov. 21, 1920, in Randolph County, Ind., to Arthur and Rosa Betz Addington. On Dec. 25, 1941, she married Richard Fiely, who died June 5, 1981.
Surviving are four daughters, Shirley (Charles) Acheson, Columbia City, Ind., Linda McCoy and Donna (Greg) Mannia, all of Fort Wayne, Ind., and Barbara (Troy) Shaffer, West Unity; four sons, Richard (Janice) Fiely and Harold (Kim) Fiely, all of Fort Recovery, Mike (Kathy) Fiely, Cookeville, Tenn., and Joe Fiely, Chicago, Ill.; 10 grandson and five great-grandchildren.
Deceased are two brothers, James and Floyd Addington; a sister, Lucille Teeters; and a grandchild.
She was a graduate of the former Governor IP Gray High School, Jay County, Ind., and a member of Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church, Fort Recovery, and its Altar Rosary Sodality.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Paul Catholic Church, Sharpsburg, the Rev. Thomas Dorn officiating. Burial is at St. Marys Cemetery, Fort Recovery.
Calling is 3-8 p.m. Wednesday and 9-9:45 a.m. Thursday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery.
