* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Charlotte Huey
Charlotte E. Huey, 65, 5568 Mercer Road, Mendon, died at 3:45 a.m. Feb. 13, 2010, at her home.
She was born Aug. 12, 1944, in Piqua, to Raymond and Lova Welbaum Miller. On Dec. 7, 1968, she married Danny Huey, who survives.
Other survivors are a son, Ronald K. Jr. (Krista) Hines, Ansonia; five daughters, Rose Miller, McKinney, Texas, Elizabeth (Ed) Townsend, St. Marys; Patricia Clark, Lima, Mildred ( Bob Wenzlick) Bartley, Delta, and Crystal (Galen) Barnes, Rockford; two brothers, Robert (Karin) Miller, Rockford, and Fred Miller, Celina; six sisters, Mary Jackson, Troy, Madonna (Dean) Chaney, Elizabeth Wallace, Patricia (Ron) Taylor and Catherine (Ty) McKirby, all of St. Marys, and Laura Vanover, Mendon; 11 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
She retired from Huffy Bicycle Corp., Celina, after 32 years as an assembly line worker.
Services are 3 p.m. Tuesday at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Bruce Head officiating. Burial is at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina.
Calling is 1-3 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
