* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Marion Local High School teacher Patrick Minnich stresses the importance of patriotism in his classroom. Minnich, who will be deployed to Afghanistan in April 2011 with a U.S. Army Reserves unit from Columbus, is the Ohio Veterans of Foreign Wars' high school teacher of the year.
