* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Lowell Lacy
Coldwater native Lowell L. Lacy, 79, of Lima, died at 5:22 a.m. Jan. 24, at Vancrest Health Care Center, Delphos.
He was born June 26, 1930, in Coldwater, to Ezra and Bessie Brown Lacy. On April 8, 1956, he married D. Jean Frail, who died Sept. 12, 2008.
Surviving are four sons, Jeff (Lesley) Lacy, Columbus, Bob (Mischelle) Lacy and Jim Lacy, all of Lima, and Tom (Gena) Lacy, of Tennessee; two daughters, Karen (Kenny) Elwer, Delphos, and Jane (Steve) King, Holland, Mich.; a sister-in-law, Bettye Jo Frail, Lima; a brother-in-law, Darryl Miller, Celina; and 10 grandchildren.
Deceased are a sister, Faye Miller; and a brother, Carroll Lacy.
He retired as a state of Ohio building inspector/supervisor after 35 years and was a farmer. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of the Korean War, serving on the USS Sicily, and a member of Lima Community Church of the Nazarene, Fraternal Order of Eagles and Veterans of Foreign Wars.
Services are 11 a.m. Thursday at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home, Lima, the Rev. Daniel Huckins officiating. Burial is at Memorial Park Cemetery, Lima.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
