* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Robert Deubler
Robert Donovan Deubler, 42, 2216 Auburn Drive, St. Marys, died at 3:40 a.m. Jan. 24, 2010, at his home. Death was due to melanoma.
He was born Aug. 3, 1967, in Lima, to David and Carolyn Sorge Deubler. His mother is deceased and his father survives in Continental. On Dec. 7, 1991, he married Kendra Cunningham, who survives.
Other survivors are two sons, Jared and Jace, at home; a daughter, Jaiden, also at home; and two sisters, Michele Aby and Nicole (Christopher) Hicks, Jacksonville, Fla.
Deceased is a brother, David Deubler.
He was a teacher at St. Marys East Elementary School and previously taught at Spencerville Elementary School. He was a freshman football coach at the St. Marys school district and previously was an assistant football coach at Parkway High School and a head football and wrestling coach at Spencerville High School. A 1985 graduate of Lima Senior High School, he earned degrees from Ohio Northern University, Ada, and Wright State University, Dayton. He was a member of Wayne Street United Methodist Church, St. Marys, and Alpha Sigma Phi Fraternity, of Ohio Northern University.
Services are 3:30 p.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Steve Weatherly officiating. Burial will be held at a later date.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Tuesday at Cisco Funeral Home, St. Marys, and after 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at the church.
Contributions can be made to the University of Michigan, Department of Dermatology for melanoma research.
