* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Wilfred Liette
Wilfred C. "Bill" Liette, 92, 1215 Kimberly Drive, St. Marys, died at 10:20 p.m. Jan. 4, 2010, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
He was born Oct. 29, 1917, in Yorkshire to Franklin and Lydia Borches Liette. On July 1, 1940, he married Ruth A. Fannon, who survives.
Other survivors are three sons, Ronald (Julia) Liette, Hamilton, James A. (Judith) Liette and William (Jean) Liette, all of Tipp City; four sisters, Loretta Stammen, North Star, Catherine "Cate" Dues, St. Henry, Marjorie (Joe) Schmidt, Anna, and Charlene (Curly) Pearson, Fort Recovery; eight grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a daughter, Judith Ann Liette; four brothers, Norbert, Hubert, Clarence and Franklin Liette; and three sisters, Emerita Grier, Dorothy Schafer and Rosie Hein.
He was a farmer in St. Marys Township and retired from Stamco, New Bremen, where he was a tool maker.
He was a member of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church, St. Marys, and the American Trapshooting Association, Dayton.
Funeral Mass is 11 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. James C. Seibert officiating. Burial is at Gethsemane Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 2-5 p.m. Sunday and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Monday at the Miller Funeral Home & Cremation Service, St. Marys.
