* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Mildred Parsell
Mildred West Shively Parsell, 95, died at 5:48 a.m. Jan. 1, 2010, at Rest Haven Nursing Home, Greenville.
She was born May 28, 1914, in Celina, to Lewis and Clara Eichenauer West.
Surviving are a son, David (Joan) Shively, Bulls Gap, Tenn.; a daughter, Pamela Shively, Greenville; a sister, Florence LaRue, Celina; three grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a brother, Lisle West.
She was retired and a former owner of Ashley Flush Door and Hardware, Ashley, Ind. She graduated in 1932 from Celina High School. She was a member of Beaver Chapel Church, Celina.
Services are noon Tuesday at the Beaver Chapel, Celina, the Revs. Ed Wallen and Thomas Christen officiating. Burial is at Swamp College Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 10-noon Tuesday at the church.
Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, was in charge of arrangements.
