* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Charles Woods
Celina native Charles Robert "Charley" Woods, 64, 810 15th St., SE, Altoona, Iowa, died Dec. 29, 2009, at Taylor House Hospice, Des Moines, Iowa. Death was due to pancreatic cancer.
He was born Oct. 23, 1945, in Celina to Gerald "Hickory" and Hazel Keel Woods Buschor.
Surviving is a companion, Mandy Gerbig, Altoona, Iowa; a son, Louis Woods, Willimantic, Conn.; two brothers, Bill (Jane) Woods, St. Henry, and Rick (Rita) Woods, Celina; a sister, Pam (Henry) Billerman, Celina; two brothers-in-law, Dick Feierstein and Jack Fickert, of Celina; a sister-in-law, Vina Woods, Celina; and five grandchildren.
Deceased are two brothers, Ernie and Gerald "Buss" Woods; three sisters, Virginia Fickert, Jackie Feierstein and Jean Dunno; and a brother-in-law, Frank "Dino" Dunno.
He worked as a security guard at the former Huffy Bicycle plant in Celina. He retired from the U.S. Navy as a first class torpedo man on submarine tenders and a company commander at the Great Lakes Naval Base. He attended Celina High School and was a member of the Lutheran Church of Hope in West Des Moines, Iowa.
His body is being cremated and his cremains will be buried in Osage, Iowa.
A memorial service is 11 a.m. Saturday at First Presbyterian Church, Celina, the Rev. David Dennis officiating.
Contributions can be made to the Celina church.
Arrangements were handled by Hamilton's Funeral Home, Des Moines, Iowa.
