* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Christine Smith
Christine L. Smith, 37, 506 Cleveland Ave., St. Marys, died Dec. 7, 2009, in Jane, Mo. Death was due to natural causes.
She was born Oct. 23, 1972, in St. Marys to Arthur K. and Ramona M. Chilcoat Cook, who survive in St. Marys. On Jan. 10, 1998, she married John R. Smith, who died Nov. 24, 2006.
Other survivors are a brother, Steven (Connie Sparklin) Cook, Coldwater.
Deceased are grandparents, Grant and Leah Cook and Charles and Cora Chilcoat.
Prior to her disability, she worked as a cashier at the former Big Bear supermarket, Celina. She was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church and graduated in 1991 from Memorial High School, both of St. Marys.
Services are 10 a.m. Monday at Miller Funeral Home & Cremation Service, St. Marys, the Rev. Anthony E. Cutcher officiating. Burial is at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 5-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
