* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Helen Grier
Helen Louise Hole Grier, 84, 10491 U.S. 127, Mendon died at 5:50 a.m. Dec. 9, 2009, at Colonial Nursing Home, Rockford.
She was born Dec. 9, 1925, in Mercer County to Albert and Hazel Perkins Hole. On July 7, 1951, she married Floyd Grier, who died Jan. 4, 2006.
Surviving are three sons, Bill (Cindy), James (Lana), and Larry Grier, all of Mendon; a sister, Alvera Fishbaugh, Celina; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a brother, Charles Hole; and a sister Anna May Spicer.
She was a homemaker and office manager for Griers Power Digging, Mendon, and a member of the Mercer United Methodist Church.
Services are 2 p.m. Saturday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Kenneth Baker officiating. Burial is at Mercer Cemetery.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
