* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

In a local dramatization of the Chrstmas story this past weekend, an angel appears to Mary. The live nativity program was organized by members of several local churches and was viewed by 1000 community members.
