* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

C. Calvin Houts
C. Calvin Houts, 85, 9209 Celina-Mendon Road, Celina died at 1:27 p.m. Nov. 30, 2009, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
He was born Aug. 27, 1942, in Center Township, Mercer County, to Fay and Esta Now Houts. On Oct. 11, 1947, he married Wilma Smith, who survives.
Other survivors are a son, David (Judy) Houts, St. Louis, Mo.; two daughters, Cheryl (Mike) Worley, Dublin and Brenda (David) McPheron, Kenton; a brother, Elden (Margie) Houts, Celina; two sisters, Ruth (Don) Raudabaugh, Medina, and Velona (Don) Kable, Celina; and six grandchildren.
Deceased are a sister, Lucille Hamilton; and two brothers, John and Dale Houts.
He was a retired rural mail carrier and farmer. He served as Center Township clerk for many years. He was a member of Bethany United Methodist Church, Celina. He graduated from the former Center Township High School in 1942.
Services are 2 p.m. Friday at the church. Burial is at North Grove Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Thursday at the Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
