* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Marion Local defenders Brandon Arling, 26, and Jarren Griesdorn, 11, combine to make the tackle on Delphos St. John's quarterback Wes Ulm, 11, during their Division VI state semifinal contest on Saturday night at Wapakoneta's Harmon Field. St. John's, the defending D-VI state champions, needed overtime to beat Marion Local, 13-7.
