* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Velma Hamp
Velma Grace Hamp, 77, 03251 Clover Four Road, New Bremen, died at 4 a.m. Nov. 25, 2009, at her residence.
She was born Sept. 17, 1932, in Odum, Ga., to Willie Lee and Alma Thompson Bohannon. On March 19, 1949, she married Melvin O. Hamp, who died Nov. 18, 2008.
Surviving are a son, William L. Hamp, Sarasota, Fla.; a daughter, Lynnell (Gregg) Wibbeler, St. Marys; two sisters, Vera Pritchet, Clayhill, Fla., and Helen Burch, Lawtey, Fla.; two brothers, Robert (Earline) Bohannon, Jacksonville, Fla., and Jim (Shelly) Bohannon, Citra, Fla.; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a brother, Bill Bohannon; and two sisters, Marge and Jean Bohannon.
She was a homemaker.
Services are 2 p.m. Sunday at the Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys. Burial is at Resthaven Cemetery near Moulton.
Calling is 5-8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral Home.
Contributions can be made to either the dialysis unit of Joint Township District Memorial Hospital or the Auglaize County Cancer Unit.
