* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Leo Sealscott
Leo Lewis Sealscott, 86, 1140 S. Knoxville Ave., St. Marys, died at 1:30 p.m. Nov. 22, 2009, at Golden Living Center, St. Marys.
He was born Sept. 1, 1923, in Hopewell Township, to John H. and Oral E. Shively Sealscott. On June 29, 1946, he married Jean McDonald, who died in 1970. On Sept. 3, 1997, he married Fern Alt, who died in 2002.
Surviving are three sons;John H (Jackie), Haines City, Fla., James L. (Patricia), New Bremen, and Gerald W., Coldwater; seven grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are five brothers:,Richard, James, Paul, Edgar and Harry Sealscott; and two sisters, Bessie Trissel and Mary Long.
An Army veteran of World War II, he retired from Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company, working mostly in power house, after 36-plus years.
He was a member of VFW Post, American Legion Post and Eagles Aerie, all in St. Marys.
Service is 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Cisco Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. Joy Miller officiating. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery.
Calling is 2-6 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
