* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Lisle Buck
Lisle L. "Pete" Buck, 77, 237 Fairlawn Drive, Celina died at 4:53 p.m. Nov. 18, 2009, at St. Rita's Hospital, Lima.
He was born May 18, 1932, in Mercer County to Oscar and Opal Fleenor Buck. On March 31, 1956, he married Laura Ellen Alt, who survives.
Other survivors are three daughters, Becky (Larry) Crouch, Debra (Sam) Lunz and Barbara (Rodney Miller) Buck, all of Celina; a brother, Billy Buck, Celina; a sister-in-law, Ilene Buck, St. Marys; three sisters, Ruth Byers, Alice Baucher and Janet Sue (Dick) Garwood, all of Celina; four grandchildren and five-great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a brother, Ralph Buck and a sister, Helen Brandon.
He retired from the former Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company, St. Marys, and from plastering and milk hauling for the Fort Recovery Equity. A veteran of the U.S. Army serving in the Korean War, he was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, American Legion and Amvets, all of Celina.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Cisco Funeral Home, Celina., the Rev. Robert Ellis officiating. Burial is at Swamp College Cemetery,
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Friday and one hour prior to service Saturday at the funeral home.
