* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Leona Egbert
Leona R. Egbert, 92, 10001 Lock Two Road, Botkins, died at 4:47 p.m. Nov. 15, 2009, at Wilson Memorial Hospital, Sidney.
She was born on Jan. 9, 1917, near New Knoxville to Ben and Bertha Hoge Jauert. On Aug. 1, 1936, she married Willis J. Egbert, who died on Aug. 7, 1984.
Survivors are a son, Dale (Jeanne) Egbert, New Knoxville; a daughter-in-law, Janet Egbert Naseman, Sidney; a sister, LaVera (Carl) Werling, Freyburg, a sister-in-law, Helen Jauert, Wapakoneta; six grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, David E. Egbert; and three brothers, Wilbur, Vernon "Buck" and Elmer Jauert.
She was a homemaker and helped on the family farm for many years. She was a member of the Immanuel United Church of Christ, Kettlersville, where she had been active in the Church Guild, taught Sunday School and served as Sunday School Superintendent. She was a 1933 graduate of Blume High School, Wapakoneta.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the church, the Rev. Charles Moeller officiating. Burial is at Willow Grove Cemetery, New Bremen.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Wednesday at the Gilberg-Hartwig Funeral Home in New Bremen and one hour prior to the service Thursday at the church.
Contributions can be made to the church memorial fund.
