* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Mervin Schulze
Mervin B. Schulze, 80, of Versailles died at 9:15 p.m. Nov. 9, 2009, at his residence.
He was born April 22, 1929, in Celina to Joseph and Clara Bergman Schulze. On April 30, 1953, he married Eileen Drees, who survives.
Other survivors are four sons, Jerry (Judy) Schulze, Celina, Thomas Schulze, Versailles, Randy (Kathy) Schulze, Fremont, and Jon (Shelly) Schulze, Versailles; a daughter, Kay (Tom) Francis, Versailles; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a stepmother, Mary Huber Schulze and an infant sister.
He retired from the Ohio Department of Transportation, where he was a project supervisor with 34 years service. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He was a member of St. Denis Catholic Church, Versailles, the Knights of Columbus, the American Legion and the Versailles Fraternal Order of Eagles, all in Versailles. He played for the Osgood Crackers in the Western Ohio Baseball League.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Friday at the church, the Rev. David Vincent officiating. Burial is at St. Valbert Cemetery, Versailles.
Calling is 3-8 .p.m. Thursday and 9-10 a.m. Friday at Bailey Zechar Funeral Home, Versailles. Military Graveside services will be conducted by the Versailles Veterans Honor Guard.
