* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

John Shelby
John R. "Jack" Shelby, 83, St. Marys, died at 1:30 p.m. Nov. 7, 2009, at Heritage Manor Nursing Home, Minster, where he had resided for the last five years.
He was born Dec. 11, 1925, in St. Marys to Wilbur "Dad" and Mary Hurm Shelby.
Surviving are two sisters-in-law, Betty Shelby Mears, St. Marys and Dorothy Shelby, Fort Myers, Fla. , and numerous nieces and nephews.
Deceased are three brothers, Tom, Jim and Ned Shelby.
He retired from the Flint and Walling Company, Kendallville, Ind., where he had been a machinist for 33 years. He was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church, St. Marys, and its Holy Name Society. He was a member of the AFL-CIO and Elks Club, Kendallville.
Funeral Mass is 11 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Anthony Cutcher, officiating. Burial is at Gethsemane Cemetery.
Calling is 9:30-10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home, St. Marys.
