* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Henry Leugers
Henry J. Leugers, 92, 8066 state Route 119, Maria Stein, died at 10:30 a.m. Nov. 4, 2009, at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater.
He was born Jan. 6, 1917, in St. Rose to Herman and Leona Huber Leugers. On June 29, 1945, he married Lillian F. Feltz, who died Nov. 16, 1996.
Surviving are four children, Kathleen (Ed) Hoehne, Houston, David (Bev) Leugers, Yampa, Colo., Judy (Marvin) Wilson, Celina, and Bob (Sandy) Leugers, New Bremen; a sister, Rosemary Moeller, Maria Stein; two sisters-in-law, Bonnie Leugers, Maria Stein, and Helen Leugers, Springfield; nine grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are two brothers, Joe and Arthur Leugers; and a sister, Alvina and her husband Cy Bernard and a brother-in-law Paul Moeller.
He was self-employed at Leugers Insurance from 1946 until 1982 and a member of St. John Catholic Church, Maria Stein, where is was a lay distributor and past president of the Holy Name Society, and historian for the church sesquicentennial in 1986. He wrote the St. John Church History 1836 to 1986 and a pictorial history of Maria Stein in 1989. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army Air Corp. serving as 1st Lieutenant in World War II.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. Kenneth Schroeder officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Friday at and 9-10 a.m. Saturday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster.
