* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Hannah Schneider
Hannah L. Schneder, 90, a resident of Otterbein St. Marys Retirement Community, died at 7:15 a.m. Oct. 28, 2009, at Otterbein. She had lived in Winterhaven, Fla. prior to moving to St. Marys.
She was born April 15, 1919, in Dayton to Clyde and Nell (Parlett) Shewmon. On July 12, 1944, she married Victor Schneider, who survives at Otterbein.
Other survivors are two children, Richard (Beverly) Schneider, Dayton and Jane (Kayne) White, Englewood; three grandchildren and a great-grandson.
Deceased is a sister, Arlene Gallichio.
She worked at McCall's Publishing in Dayton in the subscription renewal department and was a homemaker. She was a 1937 graduate of Roosevelt High School, Dayton, and attended Shiloh Congregational Church.
Services are 11 a.m. Saturday at the Miller Funeral Home. St. Marys, the Rev. Everett Aldstadt officiating. Burial is at German Protestant Cemetery, New Bremen.
Calling is one hour prior to services at the funeral home.
Contributions can be made to either Otterbein Benevolence Fund or State of the Heart Hospice.
