* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Eleanor Davis
Eleanor Katherine Davis, 97, 529 E. Livingston St., Celina, died at 7:55 a.m. Oct. 15, 2009, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
She was born Feb. 6, 1912, in Mercer County to John and Minnie Braun Dues. On June 9, 1930, she married Wilbur James Davis, who died Aug. 28, 1985.
Surviving are a son, Jerry (Patty) Davis of Celina, and three grandchildren.
Deceased are three brothers, Urban, Ernest and Wilfred Dues, and two sisters, Helen Kinkley and Marcella Marshall.
She was a homemaker and co-owner of Davis Cottages on Grand Lake. She worked at the former Stokely's pickle plant in Celina and as an upholsterer.
Services are 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at W.H. Dick & Sons - Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina, with burial following at St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
