Bethel Liles
Bethel Liles, 91, formerly of 2100 Celina Road, St. Marys, died at 3:55 p.m. Oct. 9, 2009, at the Golden Living Center - Valley, St. Marys.
She was born May 5, 1918, in Martin, Ky., to Elkaner and Emma Lou Keaton Frazier. She was married to Warner Liles, who died July 6, 1967.
Surviving are a sister, Mary Jean (Robert) Hall of St. Marys; and a sister-in-law, Annalea Frazier, St. Marys.
Deceased are three brothers, E.K. Frazier Jr., Russell Frazier and Dale Frazier; and a sister, Louise Sparks.
She had worked at a shipyard in Baltimore, Md., during World War II and later retired as a production employee from General Motors, Dayton. She was a member of the Church of Christ in Montezuma. She was a 1939 graduate of Martin High School and also graduated from Jacobs Business College in Paintsville, Ky.
Services are 10:30 a.m. today at Miller-Long & Folk Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. Kevin Neumann officiating. Burial is at Bear Creek Cemetery, Trotwood.
Calling was Monday and this morning at the funeral home.
