* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Mildred B. Suchland
Mildred B. Suchland, 90, died at 6:43 p.m. Oct. 2, 2009, at Golden Valley Living Center, St. Marys.
She was born on March 8, 1919, in Baltimore, Md., to Charles and Edna Thomas Fulk. On May 14, 1939, she married Earl F. Suchland who died Nov. 18, 1994.
Surviving are three sons, Earl (Erma) Suchland and Kenton (Tura) Suchland, all of St. Marys, and Charles (Vicky) Suchland of Allegan, Mich.; a caregiver, Pam Garringer; several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
Deceased are two sisters, Emma Webb and Hazel Jones.
She began working at Goodyear Tire Company in 1940, where she was one of the first female employees of a clock number of 12. She retired after 30-plus years of service. She was a member of The First Wesleyan Church, St. Marys.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Cisco Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. Ron Lambert officiating. Burial is at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the Cisco Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the church.
