* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Dorothy Stachler
Dorothy M. Stachler, 92, Greenville, died at 11:50 p.m. Oct. 1, 2009, at Versailles Health Care Center.
She was born May 16, 1917, in Philothea to William and Elizabeth Stucke Ahrns. On Feb. 4, 1937, she married Edmund T. Stachler, who died Oct. 1, 1983.
Surviving are six sons, Donald (Patricia) Stachler, Philothea, Dennis (Phyllis) Stachler, Burkettsville, Darrell (Patricia) Stachler, Liberty Township, Dale Stachler, Greenville, Duane (Debra) Stachler, Mt. Clemens, Mich., and Daniel Stachler, Arcanum; two daughters, Dolores (Dale) Droesch, Coldwater, and Dianna Hemmelgarn, Versailles; a sister, Ruth Schoenlien, St. Henry; 29 grandchildren, 60 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, David Stachler; three sisters and three brothers; and two grandchildren.
She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church of Greenville and its Rosary Altar Society.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the church, the Rev. John R. White officiating. Entombment will follow at Greenville Township Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Monday at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville. A prayer service will be held at 3:30 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
