* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Ronald Fortkamp
Ronald L. Fortkamp, 60, 2866 Philothea Road, Fort Recovery, died Sept. 16, 2009, in a tractor/mowing accident in Jay County, Ind.
He was born Nov. 25, 1948, in Coldwater to Lewis and Ellenora Brockman Fortkamp. On April 26, 1997, he married Yvonne Kiehl, who survives.
Other survivors are two sons, Scott (Cary) Fortkamp, Wickliffe, and Matt (Mary) Fortkamp, Celina; a daughter, Jennifer (Mark) Loughridge, Celina; two stepsons, Chad (Amanda) Webster, Rockford, and Carey (Gail) Webster, Fort Wayne, Ind.; a brother, Donald L. (Joan) Fortkamp, Celina; a sister, Carol (Gary) Young, Celina; the mother of his children, Sharon Brandts Fortkamp; 18 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a sister and brother-in-law, Martha and Sam Riesen.
He worked at the former New Idea plant, Coldwater, and Crown Equipment Corp., New Bremen, and was the materials manager and production manager at American Trim, Lima. He was a member of the Grand Lake Beagle Club and a Celina baseball coach for 35 years. He was to be inducted in the ACME Baseball Hall of Fame in October. He was a member of the Veteran's of Foreign Wars (VFW), Fraternal Order of Eagles and Loyal Order of Moose Lodge, all of Celina. He graduated from the former Immaculate Conception Catholic High School in 1967 and served in the U.S. Marine Corp. during the Vietnam War.
A celebration of his life is 7 p.m. Saturday at the Montgomery Baseball Field in Eastview Park, Celina, the Rev. John Mobley officiating. The VFW and American Legion will conduct military honors.
A memorial gathering is 3-6 p.m. Saturday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina.
