* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Janet Wissman
Janet R. Wissman, 83, 1209 Indiana Ave., St. Marys, died at 4:39 p.m. Sept. 13, 2009, at St. Marys Living Center.
She was born April 13, 1926, in St. Marys to Floyd H. and Ina Lillian Noble Titus. On Dec. 23, 1945, she married Carl "Pete" Wissman, who died Feb. 14, 2008.
Surviving are three daughters, Karen (David) Emerson, Theresa (Jon) Stahler, all of Wapakoneta, Sharon (Robert) Post, St. Marys; 11 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a daughter, Carol S. Roth; a son-in-law, Al Roth; two brothers, Robert and Clifford Titus; two sisters: Genevieve Guthrie and Marjorie Titus; and a granddaughter.
A 1945 graduate of Memorial High School, she worked as a stenographer in Washington, D.C. Later she worked for several years at Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company in St. Marys and at the St. Marys Cotton Mill.
She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, St. Marys.
Service is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Mary K. Brown officiating. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Cisco Funeral Home, St. Marys.
