* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Nancye McKelvey
Nancye Sue Bartha McKelvey, 76, of Celina Manor, died at 2:08 p.m. Sept. 8, 2009, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
She was born April 13, 1933, in Lynch, Ky., to Gabor and Suzana Fekete Bartha. On June 13, 1953, she married Ted S. McKelvey, who survives at the Manor.
Other survivors are a daughter, Cathleen McKelvey-Heid, Dallas, Texas; two sisters, Rosa Veres, Jacksonville, Fla., and Gizella Taylor, Virginia Beach, Va.; four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, Michael H. McKelvey; four brothers, John, Joseph, Andrew and Billy; and four sisters, Elizabeth, Julia, Margaret and Helen; two granddaughters and a grandson.
Services are 11 a.m. Saturday at Tobias Funeral Home-Beavercreek Chapel.
