* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Norman Ruley
Norman W. Ruley, 80, 294 E. Third St., Minster, died at 7 a.m. Aug. 27, 2009, in the emergency room of Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
He was born Nov. 10, 1928, in Minster to Joseph "Cape" and Luella Steinecker Ruley. On March 24, 1951, he married Sarah "Sally" Beinker, who survives.
Other survivors are his children, Laura (Wayne) Byerly, St. Marys; and Debra Dysert, Celina; two brothers, Vernon (Bernadette) Ruley and Melvin Ruley, all of Minster; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, Jeffrey; a son-in-law, Bruce Dysert, and three brothers, Harold, Ron and Rick.
He retired from Crown Equipment Corp., New Bremen, after 38 years and was member of the First Church of God, St. Marys. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War.
Services are 11 a.m. Monday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster, the Rev. Philip Miller officiating. Burial is at German Protestant Cemetery, New Bremen.
Calling is 2-6 p.m. Sunday and 10-11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Contributions can be made to the Veterans of Foreign Wars or American Legion Firing Squad, both in Minster.
