* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Dennis Sealscott
Dennis D. "Scotty" Sealscott, 62, died July 18, 2009, at Parkview Hospital, Fort Wayne, Ind. Cause of death is undetermined.
He was born March 14, 1947, in Celina to Dewan and Evelyn Rhodes Sealscott. Shirley Redwanski, his wife of 27 years, survives.
Other survivors are a son, Chris (Michelle) Sealscott, Berne, Ind.; a daughter, Heather (Steve) Schumm, Decatur, Ind.; a sister, Lisa Sealscott, Toledo; and a brother, Brent Sealscott, Rockford.
Deceased is a sister, Marlene Sealscott.
He was a truck driver for 39 years, retiring in 2008. He was a U.S. Army Vietnam veteran and member of American Legion Post 0082.
Services are 2 p.m. Thursday at D.O. McComb and Sons Pine Valley Park Funeral Home, Fort Wayne, the Rev. Phillip Widmann officiating.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
