* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Charles Irish
Charles William Irish Jr., 55, 107 Wild Cherry St., Celina, died July 18, 2009, at his residence. Death was due to natural causes.
He was born June 18, 1954, in St. Marys to Charles W. Sr. and Mary Ellen Hagaman Irish. His mother and stepfather, Mary Ellen and Robert Hines survive in Celina.
He had been married to Melody Becker Williams, who also survives.
Other survivors are two sons, Steven Irish, Haines City, Fla., and Michael "Skip" Irish Emans, Celina; three stepbrothers, Rob (Anita) Hines, and Gary Hines, all of Celina, and Scott Hines, Chillicothe; four stepsisters, Kathy Phillips, Celina, Candy (Kelly) Hire, Van Wert, Karen (Kevin) Knoth and Connie (Dale) Cook, all of Coldwater; and a sister-in-law, Candy Irish, Celina.
Deceased is a brother, James Frank Irish.
He was retired and a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church, St. Marys. He graduated in 1972 from St. Marys Memorial High School.
Services are 7 p.m. Wednesday at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Ronnie Hagaman officiating. Private burial will be at a later date.
Calling is 5-7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
